βοΈThe TMH Group Framework: Simple Access, Individual Ownershipβ¨
An employer arranged, post-tax support program that keeps workers including full-time, part-time, seasonal, variable-hour, and 1099 contractors in control of their individual coverage while giving employers predictable costs and minimal administration. TMH Group does not operate as an insurance agency or group health plan.
πHow Access Works
A streamlined 4-step process that provides a unified experience and is structured as a post-tax access program intended to reduce ERISA involvement. Employers should confirm classification with legal and tax advisors.
π€Worker Enrollment
Workers including full-time, part-time, seasonal, variable-hour, and 1099 contractors connect with licensed professionals who review ACA Marketplace options and help them enroll. TMH Group does not perform enrollment or provide plan recommendations.
π°Employer Participation
Employer participates in TMH Group by paying a Workforce Support Access Fee per eligible worker. This fee is for access to the workforce support program and is not an insurance premium or plan contribution.
π³Premium Payment
Workers including full-time, part-time, seasonal, variable-hour, and 1099 contractors pay their health insurance premiums directly to the carrier.
πOngoing Management
TMH Group coordinates renewal reminders and reporting for the employer while licensed professionals handle all insurance related servicing.
π‘οΈCompliance by Design
Built from the ground up to help keep employers protected and workers including full-time, part-time, seasonal, variable-hour, and 1099 contractors empowered. Employers should review the program structure with their legal and tax advisors.
πIndividual Ownership
Each policy is individually owned, voluntary, and issued through licensed professionals.
π΅Post-Tax Structure
The program is structured on a post tax basis to help preserve workers including full-time, part-time, seasonal, variable-hour, and 1099 contractors' potential ACA subsidy eligibility. TMH Group does not administer pre tax plans.
πNo Premium or Claim Handling
TMH Group never processes worker premiums, claim payments, or PHI. Premiums are paid directly from workers including full-time, part-time, seasonal, variable-hour, and 1099 contractors to carriers.
π¨ββοΈLicensed Professionals
Licensed professionals handle enrollment and servicing.
π’Employer Protection
Designed to reduce employer administrative burden; employers should consult advisors.
πΌEmployer Cost Structure
Employers pay a fixed Workforce Support Access Fee rather than funding premiums or claims, and receive a streamlined workforce support program. TMH Group does not reimburse premiums or medical expenses.
π€Works With or Without a Group Plan
TMH Group can operate as a stand-alone workforce support program or alongside an existing group health plan.
Full-time workers can stay on the group plan, and part-time or 1099 workers can use TMH Group to connect with licensed professionals for ACA Marketplace coverage and year-round support.
βοΈCompliance Reminder
Each program must remain distinct. TMH Group is voluntary, individually owned, and post-tax.
